Great for families and ideally located, I found the check-in experience to be particularly welcoming, with staff who made me feel right at home. The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated the quality breakfast, which was both hot and fresh. my stay wasn't without issues; I encountered some maintenance problems, including inconsistent air conditioning and a malfunctioning hairdryer. having to gather trash and request supplies each day was unexpected. Despite these setbacks, the friendly staff and convenient amenities make it a solid choice for short stays.

Comforts of spotless and beautifully maintained room for a relaxing bath were fabulous. A microwave oven, coffee & tea making machines and a fridge were available. The location was unbeatable for me as it was adjacent to mall, downtown, casino and shopping and the casino.

The room was clean and comfortable, with super comfortable beds. We appreciated the fridge and microwave for convenience. Daily texts from the front desk were a thoughtful touch, ensuring we had what we needed. The noise level inside was surprisingly low, allowing for a restful stay. the bathroom got quite hot due to a high window with no shade. The carpet had some wear, and we noticed a bit of peeling paint too. Amenities like HD TV, lots of channels, and a nice shower made the experience better, despite a few minor drawbacks.

A pleasant stay with room for improvement. The positives: the cleanliness was commendable. The room offered comfort, a cozy sitting area, and a strong shower—plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a highlight, thanks to Alisa and Julie, who served up a variety of delicious options. Their warmth and attention made us feel welcomed. some details need attention. The air conditioning leaked, and the mattress felt uneven. The bathroom showed signs of wear, with rust and a wobbly toilet. The staff, though, were exceptional—friendly and helpful from check-in to breakfast. They've set a high bar for customer service. With minor tweaks, this could be a standout experience.

Very welcoming and dedicated staff

The rooms leave a lot to be desired, they are impregnated with a strong unpleasant and disturbing odor with a very old and uncomfortable bedding. In short, investments would be necessary to have an establishment of quality. Fortunately, the personnel is welcoming and sympathetic, particularly Hasley. Disappointed by this Best Western which does not correspond to those which we attended until then.

During my overnight stay at Best Western Winners Circle, I was thoroughly impressed by the staff's friendliness and attentiveness. From the moment I checked in with Adrianna, their warm smiles and willingness to assist made my experience truly pleasant. The clean, spacious room added to my comfort.

motel is located directly on a very busy road, due to the ratings: near the national park i imagined it to be a bit quieter. the motel can't help it. national park also closes already at 5, therefore we could not use our stopover "meaningfully".

The room was spacious and clean, with a pleasant temperature upon arrival. the mildew smell lingered, and the coffee maker was unusable. The no-elevator layout could be a hassle for some, and the Wi-Fi password seemed to change too often. While the breakfast options were decent, the ambiance felt a bit dated. The experience had its highs and lows, making it hard to say if I'd return despite the friendly service and comfy beds.

The property was recently renovated with hard-working staff from the front service desk employees to the maids. We spent 3 nights in double room. Bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. The location was reasonable and best possible, at a short distance from First Lutheran Church. And close to restaurants and bars, it was a bonus...
